Thousands of charities and individuals have sent millions of dollars to our brothers and sisters in Gaza. But we cannot stop at emergency aid.
Children of Gaza need something to look forward to, and we are here to rebuild their future with daily meals and schooling.
We have established a reliable school kitchen that prepares warm meals for students daily.
We bake meat, vegetables and herbs into pastries, which allows the kids to carry them anywhere to eat and share safely.
Our meals cover children’s nutritional needs, and taste good too 🙂

We have partnered with Gaza Children’s Fund to carry out this program.
For the past 14 years, Gaza Children’s Fund has been on the ground, supporting the children of Gaza. Established by Palestinian Australians, our partners have long-lasting trust, arrangements and relationships with business merchants, suppliers and third party organisations. These partnerships help us deliver daily school meals in Gaza with confidence.
The unsafe conditions in Palestine have continued for decades, and unfortunately children are the most vulnerable. While emergency aid is vital to their survival, waiting for the danger to be over before they start school again is unrealistic, and would mean giving up on their education, giving in to the despair.
Daily school meals protect children from isolation and hopelessness. Our school gives stranded children a place of safety, community, predictability and hope for tomorrow. Our program helps the children tangibly work towards building happier and healthier lives in Palestine, or getting an education to become advocates in other countries.
Our meals take into account the unstable situation in Gaza, while making sure to fulfill the children’s nutritional requirements.
Drawing on our partners 14 years of experience, we are baking meat, vegetables and herbs into warm bread dough pastries and distributing them at school. These meals are nutritious and portable, allowing the kids to eat them, share them with siblings or safely store them for later.
Our curriculum is approved by the Ministry of Education, and includes 4 subjects:
1- Math
2- Arabic language
3- English
4- Religion and Quran
Every student receives access to a 2-month intensive educational program. Then if he/she passes the exam, the school provides an accredited certification from the Ministry of Education, which allows the student to go to the next level.
Recently, a technical committee from the Ministry of Education visited our school to assess the educational environment and the curriculum. Alhamdulillah, not only were we granted certification, but they also deemed our school ready and safe for operation. Of course, we do not know what the future holds, but we continue doing whatever we can to ensure the safety of the children and the continuance of their education.
